About Dr. Monroe
Joined June 2016
Dr. Victoria Monroe is a born and bred Hoosier with her heart in the mountains, taking her to the state of Colorado. Dr. Monroe graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2016 with a doctorate in dental surgery. Because of her eye for symmetry and beauty, Dr. Monroe has found a love for facial aesthetics. Her dental training allows her to understand that “millimeters are miles” and that the subtlest changes can make one look fabulous! Dr. Monroe wholly espouses the Happy Clinic philosophy of “Subtle is the new WOW!”™.
Dentistry has given Dr. Monroe the ability to be a specialist in the head and neck and allows her to understand the anatomy behind the face. Dr. Monroe is committed to excellent outcomes and customizes treatment plans to each patient's needs. She also has spent numerous hours training with Dr. Nguyen during her academic career and is excited to expand her knowledge of facial aesthetics.
Dr. Monroe is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
In addition to putting a smile on your face, Dr. Monroe likes to fill her passport pages with stamps of new places, camp in National Parks in North America, and spend time with her husband and her two fur children.
How I focus on you as a patient:
1 — Expertise
Education and clinical experience are essential to achieving goals set forth by every patient. I spent four years studying the head and neck intensely in dental school and injecting for almost five years. I continue to further my education every year with courses presenting new technologies and techniques to provide each patient with a customized treatment to help them feel their best selves.
2 — Attention to Detail
As dentists, we are taught “millimeters are miles,” and every single face is millimeters from perfection. I use dermal fillers and neuromodulators as my paintbrushes to intentionally contour, shape and smooth the face. Subtle alterations can change and brighten your look for you to feel more “you.”
3 — Honesty
Transparency has always been my strong suit. I find it essential to discuss the possibility of achieving the patient’s goals and thoroughly educate the patient on the best options for their objectives, whether it be injectables, lasers, or even surgery, to decide what is right for them.
