“Identify your problems but give your power and energy to solutions.” My day-to-day duties focus on finding resolutions towards our operationalizing strategy, which always has me thinking about our patients. To further enhance my skills, I worked in management while obtaining my MBA, which has helped immensely during my leadership with Happy Clinic®. One of my top objectives is to continue finding and improving our solutions so that our staff continues to work effectively with all of our current and future patients, helping to soothe any issues and concerns you may have.
